Khangser Rinpoche will guide 30-MINUTE ONLINE MEDITATION sessions, through which Rinpoche teaches how to release stress and anxiety in workplace and in our daily life. Rinpoche will speak in ENGLISH.

The meditation sessions will be streamed LIVE EVERY TUESDAY, starting from 8 November 2016, at DIPKAR Vietnam Facebook page

  • First 5 minutes: Rinpoche gives brief explanation on meditation technique
  • Next 15 minutes: Practice meditating
  • Last 10 minutes: Rinpoche talks about cultivating inner peace and happiness in daily life
